CENTURY FARMS

CLOTHING DIVISION

Our clothes are made without dyes or mordants (the chemicals used to make fiber accept dyes)... our beautiful colors are from the brilliant colors of our genetically rare chocolate angora goats (their Shirley Temple style ringlets that cover their bodies are called mohair) and rare chocolate merino sheep.  Over the centuries, man has unwittingly destroyed the colored sheep and angoras to develop all white herds so that dyes could be used in mass production... a few of us see the wisdom in finding these now rare creatures and use natures gifts to provide for the softest healthiest garments possible.

Our outfits come in three roomy sizes - medium, large, and extra large.

Our skirts come in three lengths, 21", 34", and 37".  (Above the knee, mid-calf, and ankle)

Even those who do not usually wear wool-mohair garments enjoy wearing ours as we use only very fine fibers found on the very best of stock.  And we use only the hair of the young for ultra softness.  Because of this, our knitters can make a very thin luxuriant product, so it can be worn comfortably in any climate... in 1999 some women in Florida rang in the new year in our garment with rave reviews.

We also took measurements from real women, so the fit is comfortable for all-day wear.  V's on the neck & sleeve, and extra long sweater flatter every figure.

We are looking for stores-shops to carry our limited line.  Quantity is limited as these fibers are rare and hard to come by.
